I read the reviews after visiting this establishment and don't agree with the pricing issues. I believe it's actually prices well and yea some of the portions are smaller but still delicious and good. Owners are friendly and service is great even on a busy night

Feels like I stepped into a family restaurant in Italy. Lovely ambience and food. Wish I had a bigger stomach. The balsamic is incredible and made just for the restaurant; a must try.

Cafe Tiramisu is a charming Italian place serving up special dishes in the heart of financial district. There is an old world charm to the interior and it was packed on that Thursday lunch hour we went. With a reservation, our party of 5 was quickly seated and we ordered mostly pastas. Bread is $7 but worth it. It's a cheesy focaccia that can be shared. All their pasta is homemade and the sauce that accompanied it was very flavorful, even if it took about 25 minutes for it to come out. Linguini vongole was filled with plenty of clams and garlic butter. Our only thing would be that the "crispy chicken" entree on the menu wasn't very crispy (more like roasted). Otherwise, great place for a holiday lunch or work gathering.

Dinner last night with a party of 12 was a blast. Be sure to make a reservation if you have a larger party. The food was great. I had the spicy angel hair lobster which was fantastic and a pretty big portion. Also make sure to try the octopus! Service was great and we always had a heavy pour on the drinks. The cafe is super tucked back and had a great vibe

Restaurant week! I visited with 2 colleagues for a business lunch & were happy that we were able to fit in a restaurant that was participated in Restaurant Week. I made reservations online which required a credit card (for no-shows). For $35, you can choose an appetizer & entree & everyone gets a slice of tiramisu cake for dessert. I'm writing this review 6 hours after I ate lunch & will probably skip dinner because I'm still full. The restaurant was pretty busy, but servicr was very good. I had the burrata which was delicious & had a bite of the beef carpaccio, which was very good. The pappadalle was so good that i devoured every bite. The tiramisu cake was light & fluffy, so we were able to finish our dessert although we were pretty full from our entrees. Service is very efficient & friendly as they are accustomed to the lunchtime crowd in the financial district.

Lovely cafe nestled in the middle of an alley of restaurants. Full service and a full menu of old time favorites from their home to their menu. Their hospitality and service refreshing as we enjoyed their delicious meat PAPPARDELLE and seafood spaghetti niro, bright red sauce accenting sauteed blacken noodles of tasty shrimp, calamari, clams, and mussels abundantly encircled the plate - yummie.................. Love to return to try other great dishes.

I'm glad I gave Cafe Tiramisu a try. It's a cute little Italian spot with solid pizza, nice atmosphere, and staff that is both welcoming and slightly abrasive at the same time. It's a bit tricky to find, because it's in an alley off one of the main streets, but that does kind of add to the charm. Be sure to save space for the cheesecake. It's amazing.

Came here with a bigger group of 10+ ! The service was very good and accommodating, and the food was very delicious and cooked perfectly :) I had the lobster escargot to share as an appetizer, and it is still one of my favorite dishes. I also had the lobster ravioli. The filling was very good as well as the sauce, but the portion size was a bit on the smaller side. The dessert and drink was also good. The portion size for the dessert and drink were both quite generous. I actually had never had the dessert before and the nickname "the bomb" is a very fun name! Overall, a great experience and I would come back again if I'm in the area :) Food Summary: Aperol Spritz (not pictured): 10/10 Lobster "escargot style": 10/10 Lobster ravioli: 8/10 Tuscany bomboloni "the bomb": 9/10
